PLAINSONG, paintings by John Parker, at the Grove Mill Winery, Renwick, for the Marlborough Wine and Food Festival, and until March 14. Reviewed by KEITH STEWART THE names artists give their works, and their exhibitions, are often such abstruse exercises they confound more than they enlighten, but this is not the case with this exhibition of John Parker paintings, which continues with the title that has accompanied his work for a number of years now, Plainsong. It is a title which embodies the logic and emotion of the art.
