BLABBER-MOUTHED creep though he is, shamelessly cashing in on his
sibling's success, it's hard not to feel sorry for Jodie Foster's
older brother Buddy.
For a brief period in the 1960s he was a moderately successful
child actor, but he was soon eclipsed by Jodie (five years his
junior) -- an infant prodigy blessed with a photographic memory and
a
dedicated approach to the acting profession that put her adult co-
stars to shame.
