Asparagus - simply the best

WARMER than usual winter temperatures have heralded the arrival of
the new season's asparagus.
Early in the season prices are high, but large bundles will soon
be available.
The secret to asparagus is to serve plenty of it. If, for
example, you are preparing a salmon dinner with potatoes and
asparagus, you can just serve that. But make sure you offer plenty
of good quality potatoes, asparagus and salmon. Simplicity with such
wonderful ingredients is the key.
