"I Walk my dog on Plock Court regularly, usually off the lead as he needs lots of exercise. Aas long as I have a ball with me, he is fine. If kids are playing ball games I will put him back on the lead. I have seen dogs on occasions chasing joggers but this is rare. Could one solutions be to set aside certain times of the day for different groups?"
