Portland's Opsis Architecture plans future of Mount Tabor Yard

For Paul Kinley, the Mount Tabor Park Central Yard master plan is
a golden opportunity to improve not just a service yard, but the
city's whole park system.
"It's one of those projects that doesn't come along often, and
when you get selected you know it's a significant period in your
career," said Kinley, a senior associate at Opsis Architecture and
project manager on the master plan.
Members of the Opsis Architecture design team and officials from
Portland Parks & Recreation will discuss designs for the 13-acre
