THE legendary crooner Al Martino, the man who secured the first
ever number one in the UK Singles Chart, is just one of the
highlights in the Millennium Forum's events schedule for September
to December.
The Italian-American singer hit the headlines in 1952 after his
single Here In My Heart topped the charts for nine weeks, putting
him in the Guinness Book of World Records.
He contributes to a wide range of terrific shows, from musicals
to drama and from comedy to children's shows which are on offer to
entice local audiences into the state-of-the-art Forum over the
autumn/winter months.
