Family still in caravan 12 months after floods

Behind the figures of residents affected by the floods are real stories of sadness and strength as families try to recover from the devastation.

One such family still affected is the Raggatts who are unable to live in their Tewkesbury home 12 months on from the floods.

They can sleep in their house in Canterbury Leys but their downstairs is still not fit to live in and it could be the end of August before they are fully back in their home.
