WINCHESTER, Va., June 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Forty-one- year-old Tracy Fitzsimmons begins her new position as president of Shenandoah University on July 1, 2008, and a two-day inauguration celebration is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, Sept. 25 and 26, 2008.
