Emaar Morocco completes Tinja sales centre; to unveil Aldea apartments shortly

Emaar Morocco, the country-subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC,
has completed a dedicated sales centre for Tinja, a 300 hectare (3
million sq m) resort community near Tangiers. The sales centre will
host the sale of Aldea apartments in Tinja offering spectacular
views of the Atlantic Ocean or natural indigenous forests.
Tinja is developed as part of the MAD43.5 billion (AED19.6
billion; US$5.34 billion) Memorandum of Understanding that Emaar
Morocco has signed with the Moroccan government. Emaar had launched
Aldea, the first phase of villas and town homes in Tinja, to strong
