Devils boss Mike Bowden has admitted he is concerned about the pressures being faced by star rider Nicki Glanz.

The Danish maestro - a firm favourite at the St Boniface Arena - will be missing from the Devils' line-up tonight because of Premier commitments.

Glanz is riding for Reading Racers in Edinburgh in the Premier Trophy.

He will be available for Devils throughout this season's programme - bar one challenge match against Wimbledon next month.

But Bowden said Glanz will be tackling seven meetings in the next eight days, including his commitments with the Devils.
