DUXBURY - A Pembroke man has been charged with sexually assaulting a girl in Duxbury beginning in 2002 when the girl was 13.

Charles L. McAdam Jr., 40, of 153 Lake St., pleaded innocent in Plymouth District Court to charges of statutory rape, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, indecent assault and battery on a child over 14 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on his promise to return to court May 27.
