The nonagenarian social worker leaves behind a tradition of
struggle and reconstruction devoted to the uplift of society and
empowerment of the disabled. A man with a spirited vision of
building a just and sustainable society, he had deep faith in nature
and humanity.
Every individual, whether impaired, physically disabled or a
kushthrogi (leprosy patient) was for him a source of energy that
