Blind football is a modified version of Futsal, an indoor football game with a smaller, less bouncy ball.

Each team has five players - four blind outfield players with a sighted goalkeeper.

The game is played on a 42m x 22m pitch with barriers to stop the ball going out of play and to help the players with their orientation.

The size three football contains ball-bearings which make a noise when the ball is in motion.
