When Doreen Busca of Hamden went into labor and gave birth March 13, 2007, eight days short of full term, her daughter was stillborn.

Doreen and Sean Busca received a death certificate for Delaney Caitlin Busca and buried her in St. Mary's Cemetery. But the lack of a birth certificate has left a hole in their hearts.
