Crying foul over fair play league

The UEFA Cup spot which Manchester City seemed destined to get
through the Premier League fair play table may now go to Fulham. An
announcement will be made shortly but most people won't care, which
shows how devalued this competition has become.
For those who do care, why should the outcome be shrouded in such
mystery? Apparently it's because the judgement is not merely based
on red and yellow cards City's Richard Dunne (right) was sent off
in their 8-1 defeat by Middlesbrough on Sun...
