QUINCY - Quincy is one of five cities in the state to receive a federal grant aimed at getting patients out of the emergency room and into continuous medical care.

The partnership between two medical providers in the city - Quincy Medical Center and Manet Community Health Center - served as a model for the grant application and is on the path to receiving some of the money.
