A drayman alleged to have sexually abused a young girl over a
period of three years has been cleared of all charges against him.
After a three-day trial at Exeter Crown Court, 42-year-old Keith
Johns was acquitted by a jury on four charges of sexual assault on a
girl under 13 and one of sexual activity with a child under 16. Mr
Johns had said the claims by the girl were all lies and she had been
