Numbers up on home remodeling despite economy

MILLERSBURG -- Businesses specializing in remodeling interiors
and exteriors of homes are seeing a wave of business despite low
numbers in consumer confidence, plagued by high gas prices, an
unsteady job market and mounting credit card debt.
"I think what it is with the credit crunch ... they are just
opting to put money back into their existing homes as opposed to
