After a record-setting winter in the St. John Valley, Josh Tardif
couldn't wait to get outside.
One of only two seniors on this year's Fort Kent Community High
School baseball team, Tardif watched anxiously throughout late April
as a snowpack of historic proportions gradually melted away from the
Warriors' home field at Jalbert Park - albeit with little rain to
hasten the process.
