'Not Just Little Old Ladies' ; 75-plus women's basketball team doesn't let hip replacements or age get in way of the game

You are only as old as you feel. Just ask members of the Cruisin'
Big Dogs, a 75-plus women's basketball team. "We're very
competitive," said Barbara Loveless, 75. "We are not just little old
ladies."
The team plays 3-on-3 half-court games with 12-minute halves and
travels to about three out-of-state tournaments each year. The next
tournament will be in Colorado in July, a qualifier for the
nationals. The Big Dogs are planning to play in a slightly younger
division, 70-and-older.
