West Bend -- A Washington County circuit judge on Thursday
granted a mother's request for a temporary restraining order against
a Hartford man convicted two years ago of sexually assaulting a
runaway 14-year-old girl. The man last month was granted a new trial
by the state Court of Appeals and is likely to be free on bail by
the end of the month.
