Troubled developer John Steven has insisted his plans to turn the
Dome on Plymouth Hoe into a 'Hard Rock Cafe-style' eaterie have not
been derailed by his current financial woes.
Mr Steven, who has put his gastropub chain into administration,
said yesterday this would not affect the Dome, nor a new restaurant
in the Glassblowing House at Sutton Harbour.
The Glassblowing House would open in about six weeks, he said
yesterday.
Work on the Dome would start soon afterwards.
