ANTANANARIVO, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- The European Union (EU) has
provided 47 million euro (65.8 million U.S. dollars) to Madagascarto
improve water supply in its capital city of Antananarivo.
An agreement was signed here on Tuesday between Madagascan Energy
Minister Patrick Ramiaramanana, head of European Commissiondelegation
Jean Claude Boidin and Jean Louis Biancarelli, general manager of
