Hawks shot down again: Canucks 5, Blackhawks 4. Naslund goal wins it after early 3-0 lead goes up in smoke

Given that the Blackhawks had lost their first three meetings with
the Vancouver Canucks this season in regulation time, Friday's 5-4
shootout loss was a sign of improvement. At least the Hawks salvaged
a standings point.
The outcome, though, could have been much better had the Hawks not
reverted to their worst bad habit. After building a 3-0 first-period
lead, their seasonlong penchant for committing penalties kicked in.
They were called 17 times and the Canucks scored three times on the
power play before Markus Naslund, scored the only goal in the
shootout.
