CASE CLOSED ON CHEYENNE LIGHT BILLING ISSUES

CHEYENNE -- State regulators are satisfied that the Cheyenne power
utility has cleaned up problems that were inherited when the business
was sold in January and problems that cropped up in the wake of that
sale.
The Wyoming Public Service Commission accepted a report Tuesday
that was the result of a three-month investigation it ordered in
March into billing practices at Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power.
"Cheyenne Light has had a very good reputation with customers over
time, but that's been shaken up in the last nine months,"
