CHEYENNE -- Residents of Wyoming who have environmental health concerns currently have no place to go for help.

That is a result of a 1994 reorganization of state government services that eliminated the Wyoming Department of Environmental Health. Part of that department's duties -- restaurant inspections and food safety services -- went to the Wyoming Department of Agriculture. But no state agency assumed the environmental health role.
