Redondo Beach, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2004. George was 65. He
was born in Queens, New York, served in the Marines until 1961 and
moved to California in 1979. He was a professional auto mechanic and
worked with some of the biggest names in Nascar and Formula 1 racing.
He was an avid runner who ran a total of 10 LA Marathons with the LA
