Curry ready to return to court Bulls center says irregular heartbeat no longer a problem

Eddy Curry first made a name for himself in high school gyms throughout the south suburbs.

On Saturday, Curry was back at Rich Central in Olympia Fields -- one of the gyms he used to star in. He was checking in on Eddy Curry's Runnin' Rebels, the youth basketball team he sponsors.

The kids on the Rebels have become a second family for Curry. They were concerned when his heart condition kept him from playing in the playoffs, and they were elated to learn that he expects to be cleared to play Monday by doctors in Minneapolis.
