James Drew Lawson sees Carson Street's potential firsthand every
day.
He walks from his apartment on Carson Street one block to his
office on Carson and Figueroa streets and he believes the road that
connects the Harbor (110) and San Diego (405) freeways could become a
main drag with shops, condominiums and restaurants.
