The bathroom scale doesn't tell the whole story.
That's why wellness services throughout the country are getting
the Bod Pod, a funny-looking egg-shaped device that measures body
fat.
"It looks like the egg on `Mork and Mindy,' " said Ron Millard, an
exercise specialist at OSF Saint Francis Wellness Services in
Illinois. "Butit is the most accurate way to measure body fat."
