Chiggers really get under your skin

DON'T BUG ME: These insects cause quite an itch after some outdoor activities.

I thought I must have had an allergic reaction as my feet tingled, itched and burned -- all at the same time.

These symptoms seemed to move up my legs as the red spots associatedwith the ailment grew bigger. Finally deciding I needed tomake a medical judgment call, I told my wife, Denise, "I don't know what's going on, but I may need to go to the doctor."
