Bradford guilty in killing

TORRANCE: The daughter of a man convicted for the 1988 murder of his ex-wife feels "sadness" for him.

William Terry Bradford was found guilty Wednesday of murdering his former wife more than 13 yearsago in her Torrance home, ending what one juror later called his "free pass."

The jurors reached their verdict late Tuesday after deliberating for just more than a day, but the verdict was sealed until Wednesday morning by Torrance Superior Court Judge James M. Ideman.
