Two museum stalwarts have stepped down after decades of dedicated service.

After 18 years' service, Jean Howard has relinquished her post as the honorary curator of Louth Museum, while John Barker MBE has retired as secretary of the Louth Naturalists' Antiquarian and Literary Society (LNALS).

During her time in office, Mrs Howard has devoted many hours of voluntary service to the museum.
