'Easter Island' a popular choice for program

PASADENA - Now in its sixth year, the city's "One City, One Story" project keeps growing in popularity, with the 2008 book, "Easter Island" by Jennifer Vanderbes, pulling in readers at a record clip.

There's still time to finish the novel, Vanderbes' first - which was published to glowing reviews in 2003 - before the full roster of related events hits the city in April.
