Calais day treatment employee accused of theft appears in court
|
MACHIAS - A 36-year-old Calais woman learned Monday that if she
is found guilty of stealing nearly $200,000 from the Calais Day
Treatment Program she could be sentenced to up to 10 years in
prison.
Tina Moholland appeared for the first time in Washington County
Superior Court and told Justice E. Allen Hunter that she did not
have money to hire an attorney.
Hunter directed her to fill out a form for the appointment of
counsel and said that if she qualified an attorney would be
appointed for her.
Bail for Moholland was set at $10,000 unsecured. She was ordered
to have no contact with the Calais ...
