Hospital governors are asking patients for feedback to boost
standards.
The governors at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS
Foundation Trust are beginning a drive to boost standards across the
three hospitals operated by the organisation.
They have formed a Service Quality Group to improve the standard
of care in areas such as cleanliness, pain relief, patient
communication with staff and privacy and dignity of the patient.
To find out what patients think the Trust should concentrate on,
the group has devised a questionnaire for patients to fill in on
discharge from the ward.
