Robert Fulton, 95; inventor traveled globe on motorcycle

Robert Fulton was probably the first man to circumnavigate the
globe on a motorcycle. He recounted his experiences in a book, One
Man Caravan (1937), illustrated with photographs of the sights and
people he had encountered.
Later he became an inventor, responsible for developing the
world's first combat gunnery simulator, the first flying car to be
certified by the American Civil Aeronautics Administration, and the
Skyhook air-sea rescue system, which fishes Sean Connery out of the
sea...
