JUPITER, Fla. (HedgeWorld.com) - Seth Tobias, the hedge fund
manager who was found dead in the swimming pool of his home five
months ago, was not the victim of a homicide, according to published
reports citing communications between local police and prosecutors.
The Jupiter Courier reported Monday afternoon [Feb. 11] that
police had concluded their investigation. According to the story, by
