TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 12, 2008) - Coronation Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CMV) ("Coronation") is pleased to announce that it has mailed meeting materials to all shareholders with respect to the memorandum of understanding (the "MOU") with Jinchuan Group Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Peoples' Republic of China ("Jinchuan") previously announced on October 30, 2007. The special meeting (the "Meeting") to approve Jinchuan's investment in Coronation will be held on March 3, 2008.
