Council hears CRA, enterprise zone comparisons

WOOSTER -- Prior to Monday's council meeting, city administration
gave members a detailed presentation contrasting and comparing
Community Reinvestment Area and Enterprise Zone tax abatement
programs, particularly how they fit into a proposed expansion of the
CRA to the city's northeast corridor.
