Wooster looks to extend Gators' woes

The College of Wooster is readying for its longest mid-week trip of the season.

Allegheny and the David V. Wise Center is the destination tonight, as the Fighting Scots (14-3, 7-1) will look to keep pace with Wittenberg for the top spot in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Wittenberg will be at Wabash Wednesday.

Allegheny (8-9, 3-5), after a 6-2 start, has battled injuries to starters Bill Babe and Ryan Hollihan. The Gators have lost three in a row, five of six and seven of nine. It has also dropped 21 in a row to Wooster, allowing more than 90 ...
