Restoring the shine Palmolive Building undergoing major renovation as condos

The Palmolive Building is offering condominiums with a prime
location, luxurious furnishings and a piece of history.
A powerful beacon on the distinctive Art Deco building, at
Michigan and Walton, blazed across the city's night skyline for more
than 50 years before it was extinguished.
It welcomed visitors to a vibrant city as it guided airplanes to
the Civic Airport, later renamed Midway.
When a light is ignited again atop the Palmolive, it will mark a
new, and presumably...
