Bionic hand helps Touch reach 'top end' of growth forecast

TOUCH Bionics, the creator of the world's first commercially available bionic hand, said it was now hitting the "top end" of its expected sales growth.

At the official opening of Livingston-based Touch's new GBP 300,000 development and manufacturing facility, the group's chief executive, Stuart Mead, said the market was now ready for its i- LIMB.

The technology has been tested by amputees, including US soldiers who lost limbs in Iraq.
