I'VE BEEN trying to buy a word processor, alas, thus far, without success. My bids on the internet auction site, eBay, tend to be somewhat conservative, particularly at this time of year, when I have had to pawn my clothes. Also, I've doubts as to whether I really want the item, which puts me in the curious position of bidding while sort of hoping I don't win it. Odd, but there it is.
