Swansea Leisure Centre has signed a new player to the management team.

Leisure and tourism marketing expert Nic Beggs has been appointed marketing manager at the pounds32 million LC, which is due to open in March.

The former manager of PlayFootball Swansea said: "I'm thrilled to be taking up this new post at The LC.

"I moved to Swansea with my family shortly after the old leisure centre closed, so I was very keen to help bring the new LC to people in the area.
