France produces almost 160 films each year, yet film buffs can see only a few in Chicago. Facets Cinematheque helps to correct that situation by importing 12 features from France for its 7th Annual Festival of French Cinema, which kicks off tonight with the cuckold lottery comedy "If I Were a Rich Man" (7 p.m.) and the ex-con drama "Nickel and Dime" (9:15 p.m.).
