Clipper organisers are considering cutting this stage of the race short due to consistently light winds.

Frustration is setting in among the 10 yacht crews, who have found the voyage towards Singapore slow-going.

The light winds are causing concern for the race directors, who have to ensure the fleet reaches a muster point near Indonesia in time for the scheduled co-ordinated arrival in Singapore on Saturday, January 19.
