Robbers take long road to get some loot

The men were ready for robbery, police said.

They wore black ski masks, gloves and had a gun.

Two determined robbers forced a supervisor of a Chipotle Mexican Grill to drive from her South Side home to her North Side restaurant, where they ordered her to open the safe and confined her in a cooler before fleeing with nearly $2,000, according to police.

The restaurant chain praised her level-headedness during the robbery-kidnapping.
