If any one Avalanche player could use a fresh start, Jose Theodore
would be the guy.
The 30-year-old goalie is looking to rebound from an injury-
plagued and mediocre season in which his name made the headlines as
much for things that happened off the ice as for anything that took
place in the crease.
The Avalanche is banking on a big 2006-07 season from Theodore,
who four years ago captured the Hart and Vezina trophies as the NHL's
Most Valuable Player and top goalie.
