Arapahoe County-based Dex Media and its investors reportedly sold $1 billion worth of public stock Wednesday at $19 a share - lower than the previously estimated $23 to $26 a share.

Dex spokeswoman Pat Nichols didn't immediately comment on the report by Bloomberg News. If the report is correct, the initial public offering should place Dex in the top 16 of Colorado's publicly held companies, with a market capitalization of around $3 billion.
